Zusammenfassung
100 Frauen mit atypischen vaginalen Blutungen und zusätzlichen Risikofaktoren für
das Korpuskarzinom wurden einer vergleichenden Untersuchung von Zellaspiration und
Curettage unterzogen. In 92,5% war die zytologische und histologische Korrelation
zutreffend. In 4 Fällen konnte kein Zellmaterial aspiriert werden, in 4 weiteren Fällen
war eine zytologische Befundung wegen zu geringen Zellmaterials nicht möglich.
Abstract
100 women with atypical vaginal bleedings and additional riskfactors of endometrium-carcinoma
were examined by cellaspiration and curettage in a comparative study. In 92.5% there
was a positive correlation between cytology and histology.
In 4 cases no cellmaterial could be aspirated, in further 4 cases cytological findings
were not possible, because there was few cellmaterial.
